Whitley Stimpson this week launched a recruitment drive to back up the rapid growth of their business resulting from recent mergers.
Director Malcolm Higgs said this week: “We are a success story. Through merging with other businesses in Bicester and High Wycombe we are now one of the leading firms in the M40 corridor.
“We have built up a successful client base stretching from the Midlands to Buckinghamshire and towards London and we are now looking for all levels of staff to grow our practice further.”
Whitley Stimpson, which has just become a finalist in the prestigious British Accountancy Awards for its work in the community, has already recruited nine members of staff, from qualified managers to part-qualified staff and trainees.
Malcolm said: “Our success is built upon our expertise and client satisfaction with our services, plus the fact that we cater for all sizes and types of businesses and we are specialists in several niche market areas including the service charge accounting and the education sector.”
The company, which has a staff of 71 people, employs five trainees each year and supports several work experience students as well as supporting continuous training for all staff.
The staff recently recruited across Banbury, Bicester and High Wycombe offices, range in experience from trainees to qualified managers and include: Gurpreet Dulay, Raessa Dogar, Luke Joseph, Navdeep Johal, Sarah Haines, Azhar Ahmed, Sarah Armitage, Maria Cunningham and George Brunner.
