Robert Lay, Trainee Accountant at Whitley Stimpson has been awarded joint sixth place at the ICAEW CFAB / ACA Certificate Level Annual Order of Merit 2022.
The Annual Orders of Merit recognise the top performing students at the ACA Certificate Level and ICAEW CFAB exams taken worldwide. The award Robert received is for achieving the joint sixth highest average score across the six ACA certificate level exams in 2021/22.
Robert, who has been at Whitley Stimpson since June 2021, after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Molecular Biology, undertook his last ACA certificate level exam in September 2022.
Commenting on his achievement, Robert said:
“I am delighted to have been awarded joint sixth place in the Annual Order of Merit, for my achievements in the ICAEW Certificate Level exams 2022. I take a great sense of pride from this recognition and will continue to strive for the best as I study for my ACA finals in November and progress in my career.”
