It has been decided that the High Wycombe and Bicester offices will separate from Whitley Stimpson Limited (“WS”) and transfer all clients and staff in these offices to a new separate legal entity called Calculo Tax Audit Limited (“Calculo”). The directors at Whitley Stimpson have been working hard to achieve this over the last few months, and the separation will happen on 31 October 2024.
Jonathan Walton has created a new entity, Calculo Tax Audit Limited. All staff in High Wycombe and Bicester, including the directors at those offices, are leaving Whitley Stimpson on the above date and transferring to the new entity. This means that all team members that are based in these locations, will continue to provide the same service for audit, accounts, bookkeeping, VAT, and personal tax returns for High Wycombe and Bicester clients, but under the Calculo name. All clients directly affected by this change have been contacted, and both the Whitley Stimpson and Calculo teams are working closely to ensure a seamless transition.
Banbury and Witney offices
Please rest assured that our Banbury and Witney offices will remain unaffected by these changes. There will be no impact on staff or services, and clients in these locations will continue to experience business as usual and the same high standard of service they’ve come to expect from Whitley Stimpson.
