Leading accountants and business advisors, Whitley Stimpson is pleased to announce the appointment of Gurpreet Dulay who joins the firm following unparalleled growth of its specialist education team.
Gurpreet is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) and joins the eight-strong education team as a manager, specialising in advising Academy schools and independent schools and also further developing the firm’s charity sector specialisation.
In his previous role as a manager at top ten firm Moore Stephens, Gurpreet focused on the education and charity sectors, notably leading a high-profile Cabinet Office review of providers to Government services, reviewing the contract management arrangements for over a £5bn spend. He is also a Trustee of the Campion School Academy Trust, where he was instrumental in their conversion to Academy status.
