Banbury and High Wycombe accountancy firm, Whitley Stimpson, has launched an online accounting service to provide clients with a complete overview of all accounts with 24 hour secure access from any location, irrespective of the number of businesses and departments to review.
The service will be accessed via Whitley Stimpson’s website at www.whitleystimpson.co.ukwhere clients will be directed to a secure login page using any Internet browser via a PC or Mac.
The firm is partnering with Twinfield, the European market leader in the area of online accounting, to remove the need for costly and restrictive accountancy software. Importantly, the service can be integrated with over 20 banks, significantly reducing staff time and eliminating human error caused through re-typing statements and payments.
“There is no question that cloud-based accounting will make financial management easier for all,” comments Martin Anson, Partner, Whitley Stimpson. “It will allow our clients to review financial information in real-time and removes the need for the implementation of separate data security. Our cloud accountancy service will also enable us to deal with queries immediately as we have direct access to client data.”
Whitley Stimpson has also strengthened its in-house online accounting team with the appointment of John Gardner in IT services. John will support a team of people fully trained by Twinfield to provide clients with initial training and ongoing support as required.
The online accounting service will be available to all existing and prospect clients for a monthly subscription fee.
Whitley Stimpson’s accountancy specialists have provided financial advice to businesses and individuals for more than 80 years. The firm takes pride in embracing the latest technology to ensure efficiency and best practice. For further information visit: www.whitleystimpson.co.uk
