Whitley Stimpson, award-winning accountants in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, recently hosted a networking event for local business professionals at Perch Coworking in Bicester.
The evening was well-attended and featured staff of local banks, solicitors, lawyers and financial advisors. Guests were able to form new connections and catch up with familiar faces, all within the beautiful Perch surroundings.
Whitley Stimpson director Marie Morgan said: “We thoroughly enjoyed the evening, as did our guests. We feel it is so important to strengthen our local communities by bringing together fellow professionals to collaborate on ideas and work with each other towards common goals.
“We regularly host events such as these and plan to carry on doing so.”
Jenny Barker, a key figure at Cherwell District Council, was also in attendance and gave a compelling speech about the benefit of events such as these and how they are having an effect on the local area. She explained that Perch is built with finance from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). It will provide entrepreneurs with free business support and aim to provide networking opportunities.
The firm, who have offices in Banbury, Bicester, High Wycombe and Witney, have been assisting local businesses and helping them achieve their aims for nearly 90 years.
