Top property experts honour Whitley Stimpson team

Whitley Stimpson has been officially ranked within the Top 100 firms in the UK for the eighth year running by the prestigious Accountancy Age 50+50 survey.

It’s this approach that has led Accountancy Age, the leading publication in the accountancy world, to rank Whitley Stimpson as one of the country’s top accountancy firms for eight years running in their prestigious 50+50 survey from 2013-2021.
In 2023 Whitley Stimpson had regional and national recognition as we were announced as finalists in the Mid-tier Firm of The Year and Payroll Team of the Year categories at the national Accounting Excellence Awards, and in the Apprentice Employer of the Year category in the local Cherwell Business Awards. Â
Success in 2020 includes being named as one of the top five firms in the Accounting Excellence Large Firm of the Year 2020 award. As well as industry recognition alongside other accounting firms, we were proud to congratulate one of our more junior team members on being awarded Apprentice of the Year in the national LUCA Awards and herald our payroll manager’s inclusion in The Reward 300 Index for the second year.
2020’s awards follow on from a highly successful 2019 for Whitley Stimpson, seeing the firm voted in the top five of the Accounting Excellence Investors in People Award and making the top ten of the British Accountancy Awards for Best Employer. As well as acknowledgement as employers we were recognised for our service charge accounting sector when we earned a highly commended award for Professional Services Provider of the Year at the Property Management Awards 2019; additionally, our payroll team was named finalist in two Reward Strategy Award categories in 2019 for the Service Provider Team of the Year Award and the Next Generation Award.
Whilst 2018 saw director Laura Adkins ranking 27th in Accountancy Age’s under 35 table; the firm reaching the finals of the Large Practice of the Year category in the 2018 Accounting Excellence Awards; and the double accolade of being Cherwell Business Awards 2018 overall winners plus winners of the Established Business Award.
